Влияние термического режима и среды на фазовые превращения системы «Железо-алюминий»

Abstract

Исследовано влияние термической обработки компактных образцов, полученных путем прессования дисперсных прекурсоров, синтезированных электрохимическим способом и содержащих элементные железо и алюминий, на фазовый состав этих образцов. Установлено, что характер среды, в которой осуществляется термообработка, существенно влияет на фазовый состав: образцы, полученные в вакууме, содержат преимущественно интерметаллиды FeAI и Fe3Al, в то время как в составе образцов, полученных в атмосферных условиях, преобладают оксиды.The compact samples thermal treatment, obtained by electrochemical synthesis and containing elemental iron and aluminum have been investigated. It was established by electrochemical method that media influence on the phase structure. The samples obtained in vacuum contains intermetallics but the samples obtained in atmosphere contains oxides.
