Посттравматические регенерационные процессы у многолетних древесных растений

Abstract

На примере ряда представителей филогенетически отдалённых родов Pyrus L. и Castanea Mill. рассмотрены особенности феномена неморфогенной посттравматической регенерации, благодаря которой происходит заживление всевозможных ран у растений. Сравнение темпов и интенсивности заживления ранок с датами надрезов позво-ляет условно разделить вегетационный период изученных видов по их регенерационным потенциалам на следующие этапы – нарастание темпов регенерации, относительное их снижение, вторая волна нарас-тания, и довольно быстрое затухание. Установлена тенденция большей зависимости регенерационного потенциала от колебаний температу-ры, чем от количества осадков и гидротермического коэффициента. Высказано предположение, что показатель регенерационной способ-ности косвенно свидетельствует об уровне экологической адаптации изучаемых генотипов, а периоды наибольшей регенерационной ак-тивности могут быть благоприятными для выполнения прививок и других технологических операций, сопровождающихся травмами.
