Влияние комплекса химических модификаторов и мелкодисперсного наполнителя на раннюю прочность растворной смеси

Abstract

Исследовано влияние содержания мелкодисперсного наполнителя, а также химических модификаторов компании BASF: суперпластификатора поликарбоксилатного типа Glenium® ACE 430 и ускорителя твердения X-SEED® 100 на прочность растворной смеси наливного типа. Исследованиями установлено, что при добавлении в растворную смесь минерального наполнителя, представляющего собой мелкозернистый кварцевый песок, водотвердое отношение смеси растет, влекущее за собой снижение ранней прочности. При повышении содержания суперпластификатора от 0,27 до 0,4 % от общей массы твердых составляющих наблюдается прирост ранней прочности. Введение ускорителя твердения X-SEED® 100 в растворные смеси, модифицированные суперпластификатором Glenium® ACE 430, способствует ускорению процесса гидратации цемента в первые часы после затворения (3–6 часов). Установлено, что водоцементное отношение и концентрация суперпластификатора Glenium® ACE 430 в целом отражают особенности формирования ранней прочности мелкозернистого бетона с используемыми добавками.

The fine filler content, as well as chemical modifiers of BASF influence: polycarboxylatesuperplasticizer type Glenium® ACE 430 and hardening accelerator X-SEED ® 100 on the strength of the mortar-type filler. Studies have found that when added to the mortar mixture of mineral filler, which is a fine-grained quartz sand, water-solid mixing ratio increases, entailing a decrease in strength. With increasing content of superplasticizer 0.27 to 0.4% of the total weight of the solid constituents is observed increase strength. Introduction hardening accelerator X-SEED® 100 mortars modified superplasticizer Glenium ® ACE 430 accelerates the process of hydration of cement in the first hours after mixing (3-6 hours). It was found that the water-cement ratio and Glenium® ACE 430 superplasticize concentration generally show the fine grained concrete with additives used early strength formation features.
