Выявление факторов кредитоспособности компаний российского тэк на основе анализа рейтинговых оценок

Abstract

В статье отмечается, что крупнейшие компании российского топливно-энергетического комплекса (ТЭК) входят в число приоритетных заемщиков коммерческих банков, для которых вопрос управления экономическим капиталом имеет первостепенное значение. В связи с этим возникает необходимость в построении комплексной оценки кредитоспособности заемщика, включающей анализ бизнес-рисков, финансовых рисков и рисков, непосредственно связанных с реализацией кредитной сделки. В качестве методологической основы анализа кредитоспособности компаний ТЭК можно использовать подходы крупнейших рейтинговых агентств.
