Abstract

Previous studies, we have formed a common profile and justified imparted utility drugs as a factor in drug compliance. The present work is devoted to developing an approach to quantify the usefulness of an attached tablet drugs, which are characterized by a large number of trade names in several INN impairs rational recommendation and appointment of medical specialists. Development approach included an assessment of the significance of the properties of tablet nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs which are used in the treatment of osteoarthritis. Assessed the consistency of expert opinions and rankings should be given to the properties of the tablets: prolonged action, a variety of dosage, number of doses per pack, route of administration, organoleptic properties and information tools package. Assessment conducted for each property in the two phases of care selection and long-term drug treatment proposed approach aims to optimize the concept of a tablet with the necessary set assigned to the properties that contribute to drug noncompliance and reasonable costs for medical care.
