Abstract

The article examines basic approaches to the notions of social performance and social performance of human resources management. On the basis of this analysis the definition of social performance of human resources management in the hotel business is given. The article presents the results of the authors research in the field of social performance of human resources management in the hotel business in Moscow, analyzes problems, trends and prospects of human resources management in hotels.

В статье рассматриваются и анализируются основные подходы к понятиям социальная эффективность и социальная эффективность управления персоналом. На основе анализа дается определение социальной эффективности управления персоналом в гостиничном бизнесе, приводятся результаты исследований автора в области социальной эффективности управления персоналом в гостиничном бизнесе Москвы, анализируются проблемы, тенденции и перспективы управления персоналом в гостиницах.
