Предлагаемые перспективы развития российской криминологии

Abstract

Российская криминология в конце ХХ века, благодаря профессору Д.А. Шестакову, в своем развитии приобрела новые направления изучения: семейная криминология, криминопенология, политическая криминология, экономическая криминология и т.д. Наличие большого количества исследований налоговой и экономической преступности в последние 20 лет, привели нас к выводу о том, что необходимо более подробно остановиться на изучении налоговой преступности, и сделать это в рамках новой отрасли криминологии криминологии налогов (налоговой криминологии).

Russian criminology at the end of XX age, due to Professor D.A. Shestakov, in the development purchased new directions of study: a family criminology, criminopenology, political criminology, еeconomic criminology et cetera. The presence of a large of studies of the tax and economic crime over the last 20 years, have led us to the conclusion it is necessary to stop on the study of tax crime and to do so in the framework of a new branch of criminology criminology taxes (tax criminology).
