Тревожность подростков с разным уровнем здоровья

Abstract

Рассматривается ряд характеристик тревожности у подростков с разным уровнем здоровья. Проблема заключается в том, что в России фиксируются неблагоприятные тенденции в состоянии здоровья детей и подростков, и ограничивать поиски решения этой проблемы рамками медицины нецелесообразно. Рассматриваются возможности психологического подхода к решению проблем здоровья. Показывается, что тревожность является значительным фактором в патогенном потенциале личности. Обсуждается вопрос эмпирического изучения не только общего уровня тревожности, что достаточно широко дискутируется в специальной литературе, но и ее частных характеристик. Представлены результаты эмпирического исследования. Показано, что подростки с низким уровнем здоровья имеют более высокий уровень тревожности по ряду сфер. Вместе с тем, определены области, где различия отсутствуют или несущественны.

Some characteristics of uneasiness at teenagers with different level of health is considered in the article. Unfortunate trends of health of children and teenagers are fixed in Russia, and it is inexpedient to limit the solution of this problem by a medicine framework. Possibilities of psychological approach to the solution of problems of health are considered. As it is known, uneasiness is a considerable factor in the pathogenic potential of the personality. The question of empirical studying not only the general level of uneasiness, but also its detailed characteristics is discussed. Results of empirical research are presented. It is shown that teenagers with low level of health have higher level of uneasiness on a number of spheres. At the same time, spheres are defined where distinctions are absent.
