Исследование влияния регулировочных параметров стандартных навесных устройств тракторов на заглубляющую способность дисковых рабочих органов лесных безопорных орудий

Abstract

Результаты выполненного анализа состояния проблемы заглубляемости сферических дисковых рабочих органов навесных лесных почвообрабатывающих орудий. В результате анализа были рассмотрены регулировочные схемы с учетом влияния на работу мгновенного центра вращения (МЦВ) навесного устройства агрегатируемого трактора. На основании представленных схем присоединения орудия к разным маркам тракторов с помощью стандартного навесного устройства, были сделаны сравнительные оценки заглубляющей способности дисковых безопорных рабочих органов, лесных навесных орудий. Для четырех допустимых регулировочных схем выполнен приближенный расчет потребного веса груза G г, который будет обеспечивать гарантированную работу лесных дисковых орудий на заданной глубине обработки.

The results of the analysis of the current status of zaglublennosti spherical disk working bodies of the suspended forest of tillers. As a result of the analysis were discussed adjusting the scheme with the effect on the instantaneous center of rotation (MCV) mounted implement mounted on the tractor. Based on the presented schemes accession instruments to different brands of tractors with standard attachment devices have been made for comparative evaluation raising abilities unsupported disk working bodies, forest mounted implements. For four allowable adjustment schemes an approximate calculation of the required weight of the load Gг that will provide guaranteed work forest disc guns at a given depth.
