Abstract

The results of ultrasound triplex scanning in patients with chronic lower limb ischaemia are presented. 58 reconstructive operations of lower limb arteries without preliminary angiography have been performed on the base of the results received. The analysis of ultrasound triplex scanning results and intraoperative findings of arteries correspondence has been conducted. The possibility of reconstructive operations of aortoiliac and femoropopliteal arteries without preliminary angiography has been proved.
