Abstract

The issues related to the identification in the conditions excluding visual observation of the person identifying by the person to be identified are regarded in the article. It also investigates the criminal procedure law and the opinions of some scholars.

Статья посвящена вопросам производства опознания в условиях, исключающих визуальное наблюдение опознающего лица опознаваемым. В работе исследуются положения уголовно-процессуального законодательства и мнения ученых-процессуалистов.
