Особенности ведения беременности у женщин с истмико-цервикальной недостаточностью до и после хирургической коррекции

Abstract

На основании результатов обследования и лечения 126 пациенток с угрозой прерывания беременности на фоне истмико-цервикальной недостаточности (ИЦН) разработана система комплексных лечебно-профилактических мероприятий, позволившая пролонгировать беременность до рождения жизнеспособного плода в 96,9% случаев, в том числе до доношенного срока – в 84,1%.

The complex examination and correction system of pregnancy loss was elaborated according to the experience of examination and treatment for pregnancy miscarriage, assotiated with incompetent cervix in 126 women. The system made it possible to prolong the pregnancy up to the delivery with viable newborn in 96,9% cases, full-term in 84,1%.
