Особенности деформации стружки в процессе точения безвершинными резцами

Abstract

The article deals with the experimental determination of the cross-sectional deformation of chips received for finishing turning steel 45 straight-edge cutters. We consider two cutting patterns : a positive and a negative value of the angle inclination of the edge. The schemes of the process of turning and training microsections chip cross section. Describes the preparation of cross-sectional microsections chips obtained by turning straight-edge cutter. It has been established that the nature of the deformation of chips in a cross section will vary with the sign of the angle inclination of the edge. The micrographs on the structure of the chip set that the work tool with a positive angle of the edge reduces the heterogeneity of deformation. The obtained data are the basis for assessing the degree of deformation of the shear layer of the material and determine the mechanics of the process straight-edge turning.

В статье рассматривается экспериментальное определение деформации поперечного сечения стружки, полученной при чистовой обработке стали 45 безвершинными резцами. Рассматриваются две схемы резания: с положительным и отрицательным значением угла наклона лезвия. Представлены схемы процесса безвершинного точения и подготовки микрошлифов поперечного сечения стружки. Приведено описание подготовки микрошлифов поперечного сечения стружки, полученной при точении безвершинным резцом. Установлено, что характер деформации стружки в поперечном сечении будет различным с изменением знака угла наклона лезвия. По полученным микрофотографиям структуры стружки установлено, что работа инструментом с положительным углом наклона лезвия уменьшает неоднородность деформации. Полученные данные являются основой для оценки степени деформации срезаемого слоя материала и определения механики процесса безвершинного точения.
