Abstract

В статье сопоставляются различные существующие конструкции территорий со специальным режимом осуществления предпринимательской деятельности. Анализируются условия, формирующие благоприятный режим для предпринимателей на территориях опережающего развития. Исследуются региональные практики создания территорий опережающего развития. Предлагается классификация таких территорий.

Different existing designs of territories with special regime of entrepreneurial activity compared in the article. The conditions that generate favorable conditions for businessmen on the territories of priority development are analyzed. The regional practices for creating territories of priority development explored. The classification of such areas is proposed.
