Цель работы: оптимизация и диагностика медицинской помощи больным гнойно воспалительным заболеванием органов малого таза (ГВЗОМТ) на основе анализа взаимосвязи клинических и иммунологических показателей крови. Обследовано 60 больных с ГВЗОМТ. Контрольная группа 20 практически здоровых доноров. Все больные с ГВЗОМТ (женщины в возрасте от 18 до 52 лет) подвергались комплексному клинико-лабораторному обследова нию. Уровни провоспалительных цитокинов (ФНО ƒ, ИФН ƒ, ИЛ 1ƒ, ИЛ 8) определяли с помощью твердофазно го иммуноферментного анализа и диагностических наборов ООО "Протеиновый контур" (Санкт-Петербург, Рос сия).
