Abstract

В статье автор высказывает свое мнение об актуальной проблеме, связанной c последствиями отмены (изменения) преюдициального судебного акта в уголовном процессе, и выдвигает ряд предложений по усовершенствованию законодательства.The author of the article expresses his opinion on the topical problem connected with the consequences of the reversal (modification) of a prejudicial decision in the criminal procedure and makes several suggestions for improvement of legislation.
