ПРЕВЕНТИВНАЯ И ЛЕЧЕБНАЯ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ БИОФЛАВОНОИДОВ У ДЕТЕЙ С РЕКУРРЕНТНЫМИ РЕСПИРАТОРНЫМИ ИНФЕКЦИЯМИ

Abstract

Тhe aim of the study was to increase the effectiveness of treatment and prevention of acute recurrent respiratory infections (ARRI) by Imunoflazid® syrup usage in children of primary school age. Materials and methods. The study included 50 children of primary school age with ARRI. Preventive and curative efficacy of Immunoflazid® syrup was determined by studying the dynamics of clinical symptoms within the year, parameters of saliva microcrystallization (SMC), bacterial composition of pharyngeal exudates. Conclusions. Immunoflazid® syrup used for preventive and curative purpose improves general well-being in children, reduces the manifestations of toxipathy, asthenia, the frequency and severity of acute respiratory infections, number of sick days, the number and duration of hospitalizations, increases mineralizing potential of saliva against the background of reduction of the microbiological load of the oral cavity.

Цель работы. Повышение эффективности лечения и профилактики острых рекуррентных респираторных инфекций (ОРРИ) при применении сиропа Иммунофлазид® у детей младшего школьного возраста. Материалы и методы. Обследовано 50 детей младшего школьного возраста с ОРРИ. Лечебно-профилактическая эффективность применения сиропа Иммунофлазид® определялась путем исследования динамики клинических симптомов в течение года, особенностей микрокристаллизации слюны, бактериального состава фарингеального экссудата. Выводы. Сироп Иммунофлазид® при лечебно-профилактическом применении способствует улучшению общего состояния здоровья детей, уменьшению проявлений интоксикационного, астенического синдромов, частоты и тяжести ОРЗ, количества дней пропусков занятий в школе, числа и продолжительности госпитализаций, повышению минерализующего потенциала слюны на фоне уменьшения микробиологической нагрузки ротовой полости.
