Клиническая оценка видеоаналитического профиля ходьбы

Abstract

Нами предлагается система диагностики постуральных нарушений, выявляемых во фронтальной плоскости посредством аппаратнoпрограммного комплекса видеоанализа движений, с выделением видеоаналитического профиля голеностопных суставов. В основную группу вошли 19 пациентов с наличием мозжечковой атаксии. Контрольную группу составили 18 здоровых человек без координаторных нарушений и патологии опорно-двигательного аппарата. В ходе проведенного исследования выделены диагностически значимые и достоверно различимые видеоаналитические критерии пика «перелет» для больных, страдающих мозжечковой атаксией: 1) амплитуда подъема стопы над поверхностью диагностической ступеньки; 2) время установки стопы на поверхность диагностической ступеньки; 3) скорость опускания стопы на поверхность диагностической ступеньки; 4) соотношение времени выполнения подъема к общему времени выполнения движения Step; 5) наличие дополнительных пиков в период опоры, что имеет существенное значение при диагностике мозжечковых нарушений.
