Abstract

В статье анализируются взгляды видного представителя российской консервативной общественно-политической мысли профессора Казанского императорского университета Владислава Францевича Залеского (1861-1922 гг.) на проблему взаимоотношения государства и социума, регулирование правового положения инославного и иноверного населения Российской империи рубежа XIX-XX вв. Раскрывается научная концептуалистика В.Ф. Залеского и политико-правовой инструментарий, которые он применял для аргументирования консервативной модели развития власти и общества и особенностей государственного устройства многонациональной и поликонфессиональной России.

The article analyzes views of significant representative of Russian Conservative Socio-political thought Professor of Kazan Imperial University Vladislav Zalevski (1861-1922) on relationship of state and society and on regulation of legal status of unorthodox population of Russian Empire at the turn of XXth century. The article reveals scientific concepts of V. Zalevski and political and legal toolkit that he used to justify conservative model of state and social development and peculiarities of state structure of multinational and poly-confessional Russia.
