Abstract

At present, increasing the efficiency of human resources in military medical organizations is the top priority, and using the instruments given by organizational behavior allows us to understand how types of people’s behavior are formed in organizations, how different staff behavior variants influence the indicators of the organization’s functioning and how to assess organizational behavior and form its optimal models. Using the knowledge of organizational behavior while managing staff of the organization will allow us to replace assumptions by a set of scientific theories and knowledge based on proofs. Practical application of organizational behavior instruments in the process of medical organization management will increase its efficiency through objective assessment of the cause-and-effect relations between indicators of organization (group) functioning and behavioral audit and adequate staff behavior correction model, which provides optimal parameters of its functioning.
