В статье анализируются зарубежные правовые системы защиты прав добросовестных приобретателей. Рассматриваются различные подходы к защите прав собственников добросовестных приобретателей недвижимости, которые обусловлены двумя принципиально различными системами регистрации: регистрация прав на недвижимость и регистрация сделок с недвижимостью. Делается вывод о том, что наличие гарантий прав добросовестных приобретателей недвижимого имущества есть неотъемлемая часть правовой системы экономически устойчивого государства, провозглашающего себя правовым.

The article analyzes the foreign legal system protect the rights of good faith purchasers. Different approaches to protect the rights of property owners good faith purchasers of real estate, which are caused by two fundamentally different systems of registration: registration of property rights and registration of real estate transactions. It is concluded that the presence of guarantees of the rights of good faith purchasers of real estate is an integral part of the legal system economically sustainable state, declaring themselves legal.
