Abstract

В условиях российской действительности проблема повышения качества и эффективности производства общественных благ приобретает особую значимость. Государственно частное партнерство является наиболее перспективным механизмом обеспечения результативности государственного регулирования, что обусловливает теоретическую востребованность исследования отношений взаимодействия государства и частного сектора.
