Abstract

In this article said the purpose of the introduction of differential payment, criterion for evaluating the performance of the employee and the results of the introduction of medical institutions in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

В данной статье представлены цели внедрения дифференциальной оплаты, критерии оценки эффективности труда работника и результаты внедрения дифференциальной оплаты труда в медицинских учреждениях Республики Казахстан.
