Abstract

In article need of consideration of alternative options of realization of the purposes of regional innovative programs and projects at all stages is considered: from problem statement before monitoring procedure of a course of works. Criteria of an optimality locate by consideration of alternatives at various stages of the project.

В статье обосновывается необходимость рассмотрения аль-тернативных вариантов реализации целей региональных ин-новационных программ и проектов на всех этапах: от поста-новки проблемы до проведения контроля хода выполнения работ. Анализируются критерии оптимальности при рас-смотрении альтернатив на различных этапах проекта.
