Роль системы накопления капитала в процессе экономического развития

Abstract

The process of public resources use on the investment development purpose is considered in the article. The comparative analysis of capital accumulation tendencies in industriallydeveloped and new industrial countries in 1990-2010 is given. Opportunities and threats to national economy development, connected with the process of integration into the world financial market are revealed. Features of the Russian Federation capital accumulation process are shown. Variants to estimate the prospects for specialization and cooperation of investment process participants for ensuring economic growth by criteria of increase in investments profitability and volume of savings are offered.

Рассматривается процесс использования ресурсов общества на цели инвестиционного развития. Дан сравнительный анализ тенденций накопления капитала в 1990-2010 гг. в промышленно развитых и новых индустриальных странах. Раскрыты возможности развития национальной экономики, связанные с процессом интеграции в мировой финансовый рынок, а также возникающие при этом угрозы. Показаны особенности процесса накопления капитала в РФ. Предложены варианты оценки перспектив специализации и кооперации участников инвестиционного процесса для обеспечения экономического роста по критериям увеличения доходности вложений и объема сбережений.
