Abstract

Представлены экспериментальные сравнения между величинами пиковых критических тепловых потоков при ненасыщенном кипении бинарных смесей вода – этанол и вода – изоамиловый спирт и величинами скорости внешнего испарения навесок соответствующих жидкостей. Предложена физическая модель возникновения кризиса кипения жидкостей.

The experimental comparisons between the critical heat flux values under the unsaturated boiling of water-ethanol and water-isoamyl alcohol binary mixtures, and the external evaporation rates of the corresponding liquid weights are presented. The physical analogue of the liquid boiling crisis origination is offered.
