The article covers issues in the sphere of protection of women’s rights, regulation of prostitution and fighting trafficking in women at the end of XIX – the beginning of XX century, that found reflection in the scientific and social activities of famous Russian lawyers A.I. Elistratov and V.F. Deryuzhinskiy.
В статье рассматриваются проблемы в области защиты прав женщин, регламентации проституции и борьбы с торгом женщинами в конце XIX – начале XX вв., которые нашли отражение в научной и общественной деятельности известных российских юристов А.И. Елистратова (1872–1955 гг.) и В.Ф. Дерюжинского (1861–1920 гг.).
