Иммунные механизмы экспериментальных увеоретинитов

Abstract

В обзоре проанализированы основные экспериментальные модели увеоретинита и аутоиммунной ретинопатии, а также полученные с их помощью данные по ключевым иммунным механизмам интраокулярного воспаления. Представлены современные данные о роли различных эффекторных и регуляторных клеток в патогенезе увеоретинита и поддержании иммунной привилегированности глаза.

This article reviews the main experimental models of uveoretinitis and autoimmune retinopathy, as well as the basic immune mechanisms of intraocular inflammation. The modern views on the role of different effector and regulatory cells in uveoretinitis pathogenesis and maintenance of ocular immune privilege are highlighted in the paper.
