The article dwells on the genesis of Smart economy, its goals and objectives. The author shows the reasons for the creation of Smart economy, its attributive features and describes the programs of building Smart economy in some countries.

В статье рассматривается генезис Smart-экономики, ее цели и задачи. Раскрываются причины возникновения Smart-экономики, а также атрибутивные свойства и программы построения Smart-экономики в некоторых странах.
