The article reports on the role of the social and cultural project “Minusinsk is a cultural capital of Krasnoyarsk Region, 2012” that it played in preservation of a historical part of a town Minusinsk which situated in southern Siberia. The author introduces a concept of the project and emphasizes importance of its part, which is called “Historic district”. The author also expresses her concern about the final results of the project.

Статья посвящена раскрытию роли социально-культурного проекта «Культурная столица Красноярья» в сохранении исторической части южносибирского города Минусинска. Автор представляет концепцию этого проекта и подчеркивает значение такой его составляющей, как подпроект «Исторический квартал». В статье выражается озабоченность конечным результатом проекта.
