Торговая деятельность устюжских купцов в Коми крае во второй половине xix – начале XX вв

Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию торговой деятельности устюжских купцов в Коми крае. В ней рассматривается участие отдельных устюжских купеческих фамилий в ярмарочной и стационарной торговле Коми края. Авторами выявлен ряд устюжских купеческих фамилий, указаны ярмарки Усть-Сысольского и Яренского уездов, на которые устюжские купцы приезжали торговать, а также даны их краткие характеристики. Особое внимание исследователи уделяют соотношению величины товарооборотов устюжан с общими товарооборотами ярмарок – важного показателя весомого вклада устюжских купцов в развитие торговли. Более детально в данной статье прослеживается участие устюжан в стационарной торговле Коми края. Прежде всего, исследователи отмечают особенности развития торговли в этот период, рассматривая торговую деятельность устюжан в контексте процесса стремительного роста торговых заведений. В статье указываются устюжане-владельцы лавок и магазинов, реконструируется история возникновения торговых заведений устюжских купцов, показывается их географию. Пристальное внимание авторы уделяют исследованию торговых оборотов и ассортимента товаров. Исследуя торговую деятельность устюжского купечества в Коми крае в конце XIX – начале XX вв., авторы приходят к выводу о значительном вкладе устюжан в развитие торговли Коми края. В конце статьи авторы в качестве неизученных вопросов поднимают проблемы взаимоотношений устюжских купцов с местным коми населением, властью и конкурентами.

This article is devoted to research of Ustyug merchants’ trade activity in Komi region. It examines the participation of some Ustyug merchant families in fair and stationary trade of Komi region. The authors elicited a number Ustyug merchant families, noted fairs of Ust-Sysolsk and Yarensk counties there Ustyug merchants came to trade and also gave their brief characteristics. Particular attention researchers devoted to the ratio of Ustyug merchant’s magnitude turnovers to the whole fairs turnovers as an important indicator of the Ustyug merchants significant contribution in trade development. The participation of Ustyug merchants in the stationary trade of Komi region is traced in this article more detail. First of all, researchers noted the features of trade development in this period, considering the trade activities of Ustyug merchants in the context of the commercial enterprises’ the rapid growth. The authors noted Ustyug owners of shops, reconstructed the history of Ustyug merchant’s commercial enterprises and their geography. Exploring trade activity of Ustyug merchants in Komi region in the end of XIX – beginning of XX centuries, the authors came to the conclusion that Ustyug merchants made the significant contribution in trade development of Komi region. In the end of the article the authors raised unstudied problems of Ustyug merchants’ relationships with local Komi population, authorities and competitors.
