Abstract

В статье анализируются вопросы государственного строительства и восстановления афганского государства в постталибский период. Затрагиваются проблемы политической фрагментации, варлорджизма, нелегальной экономики и наркобизнеса. Анализируется этническая составляющая политических процессов в современном Афганистане.
