
Рассматривается гражданско-правовая ответственность государства как основа обеспечения и повышение эффективности экономики. Предлагаются пути восстановления нарушенных прав индивидуальных предпринимателей и юридических лиц членов саморегулируемых организаций, а также возмещения убытков, причиненных государственными органами членам саморегулируемых организаций и саморегулируемым организациям.
Civil responsibility of the state as a basis of providing and increase in efficiency of economy is considered. Ways of restoration of the violated rights of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities members of self-regulatory organizations, and also the indemnification caused by public authorities to members of self-regulatory organizations and self-regulatory organizations are offered.
