In the present article the author analyzes one of the main features of the state – territory. He claims, that feature of the state should be considered is not the territory, and the administrative territorial division of state.

Анализируется один из главных признаков государства – территория. Утверждается, что признаком государства следует считать не территорию, а административно-территориальное деление государства.
