Институциональные проблемы внедрения механизмов саморегулирования в банковский сектор РФ

Abstract

В статье исследуются механизмы саморегулирования банковского сектора России, анализируется зарубежная практика деятельности саморегулируемых организаций, дается сравнение функций финансовых институтов, регулирующих деятельность кредитных организаций. Авторами исследованы преимущества и недостатки от внедрения СРО в банковский сектор России.
