Экспериментальные исследования зависимости качества поверхности заготовки от расхода смазочно-охлаждающей жидкости при токарной обработке

Abstract

The article presents the results of experimental research relating the dependence of a workpiece machining quality on the consumption of the coolant. Optimal values of the coolant flow have been determined. Further increase of the coolant flow does not result in improvement of the surface quality.

В представленной работе показаны результаты экспериментальных исследований зависимости качества токарной обработки заготовки от расхода СОЖ. В измеряемых пределах определены оптимальные значения расхода. Дальнейшее увеличение расхода СОЖ не приводит к улучшению качества поверхности.
