Возможности снижения налоговой нагрузки для промышленных предприятий

Abstract

Предложена гибкая налоговая схема, в которой суммарная налоговая нагрузка для промышленных предприятий снижается в зависимости от дополнительных приростов объемов производства. Разработана методика определения уровня снижения налоговой нагрузки от определяющих параметров. Показано, что использование гибкой налоговой схемы и методики обеспечивает прирост доходов в консолидированный бюджет РФ. Предложен механизм внедрения новой схемы в законодательство субъектов Федерации.
