Вопросы федеративного устройства России в решениях национальных съездов в 1917 г

Abstract

Статья посвящена деятельности национальных съездов России в 1917 г. Анализируются их решения, касающихся проблем выбора федеративной формы государственного устройства страны и принципов создания национально-территориальных автономий.

This article considers the activities of national congresses of Russia in 1917.Their resolutions regarding federal form of government and the principles of establishing of national autonomies are analyzed.
