Abstract

Taking into account the phenomenon of morality, the author formulates the hypothesis that moral and ethical foundation of law is a universal feature integrating various types of legal comprehension.

С учетом специфики феномена нравственности в статье формули руется гипотеза, что морально-этическое обоснование права является универсальной чертой, интегрирующей различные типы правопонимания.
