Индивидуальные особенности внутриличностного гендерного конфликта у мужчин и женщин, занятых в неполотипичной сфере

Abstract

В статье актуализируется главная проблема работающих мужчин и женщин -это проблема последствий ситуации гендерного неравенства в профессиональной сфере, результат которой появление особого вида внутриличностного конфликта гендерного конфликта профессиональной роли. Представлены результаты сравнительного исследования личностных особенностей мужчин и женщин, работающих в неполотипичной профессиональной сфере, имеющих и не имеющих подобного внутриличностного конфликта. Выделены личностные особенности, помогающие избегать (преодолевать) негативного влияния факторов, вызывающих проявления гендерного конфликта профессиональной роли.
