The publication describes the aspects of government policy on the fight against doping in professional sports. In the study of foreign law and literature, for alleging issues considered in this paper, it seems to conclude that the need for state intervention in the sporting life to prevent the spread of doping, both in Russia and in the international sport.

В статье рассматриваются аспекты государственной политики по борьбе с допингом в сфере профессионального спорта. Формулируется вывод о необходимости государственного вмешательства в спортивную жизнь для предотвращения распространения использования допинга как в России, так и в международной спортивной практике.
