Необходимость совершенствования государственного управления Республики Южная Осетия в период развития трансформационной экономики

Abstract

В статье исследуются проблемы формирования государственных институтов управления в Республике Южная Осетия. В создавшейся ситуации необходима реформа государственной власти с определением параметров, способствующих повышению эффективности государственного управления.

This article investigates the problem of formation of state institutions of government in the Republic of South Ossetia. In this situation, the government needs reform to the definition of the parameters that increase the efficiency of public administration.
