К вопросу о создании института фабричной инспекции в России в конце XIX века

Abstract

The article reveals the Government policy on the foundation of factory inspectorate in Russia at the end of the 19th century. The research is based on the scientific literature, the official documentary data and the factory acts. The author elucidates the causes of factory inspectorate establishment, the role of this institution in state internal policy.

В статье рассматривается правительственная концепция создания института фабричной инспекции в России в конце XIX века. На основе исследовательской литературы, опубликованных документов и изданных законов о фабричном труде выясняются причины введения фабричной инспекции, определяется ее роль во внутренней политике правительства.
