Физиологические аспекты нарушений тромбоцитарного гемостаза

Abstract

У новорожденных телят с диспепсией выявлено повышение агрегационной функций тромбоцитов in vitro и in vivo. В основе этих нарушений лежат глубокие сдвиги липидного состава мембран тромбоцитов, повышение содержания в плазме и кровяных пластинках уровня средних молекул, активация перекисного окисления липидов в них, усиление синтеза в стенке сосудов фактора Виллебранда и интенсификация тромбоксанообразования в кровяных пластинках. Активация тромбопластинообразования является ведущей причиной повышения свертывания крови у новорожденных телят с диспепсией. Коррекция нарушений тромбоцитарного звена гемостаза должна включать в себя патогенетически обусловленный комплекс, способный снижать уровень средних молекул в организме и лечить диспепсию.
