
We showed that the presence of the convective nature of nonequilibrium processes have a number of scenarios stratified 3D co-organization opposing convective rotating 3D cyclonic and anticyclonic flow in a single cell at any level of their co-organization of 10 -15 m to 10 26 m. One such scenario is energetically favorable metastable state associated cumulative-dissipative structure (CDS) «quasi-Cooper’s» Vysikaylo bi-cyclone. Dual cyclonic and anticyclonic coupled (connected into a whole) convective flows cumulate to the center of the general attractor (attractive) and effectively exchange momentum, kinetic energy and angular momentum with their interference in the same cell and in poor penetration into each other on the size of the steady spiral 3D striations. «Quasi-Cooper’s» bicyclone occurs in the presence of non-equilibrium in any environment and acts as a single "quasi-particle" with a cumulative stream running through its center. On the basis of generalization of Euler, Lagrange, O. Lavrent’ev, Artsimovich and Zababakhin, author of the open property CDS – bi-cyclones transform any energy (that has become in kinetic energy) to energy of the rotational flow forming spinning CDS relating to the Vysikaylo structural 3D turbulence. Installed energy sources on the Vysikaylo structural 3D turbulence caused by rotation and cumulation stratified, opposing convective (not diffusion) flows in a bi cyclones. The new concept was studied and verified on the basis of numerous observations (see part 2 and 3) natural hazards and disasters. The causes and sources of energy in the low-pressure tropical cyclones have been identified.
Для описания опасных природных процессов разработана новая 3D концепция, согласно которой у природы имеется общий сценарий стратифицированной кумулятивно-диссипативной 3D соорганизации противоположно направленных конвективных вращающихся 3D циклонических и антициклонических потоков (структурная 3D турбулентность Высикайло) в одной ячейке – бициклоне Высикайло. Бициклон возникает при наличии неравновесности в любой среде, на любых уровнях от 10 -15 м до 10 26 м и выступает, как единая «квазичастица» с кумулятивной струёй. Новая концепция верифицируется на базе многочисленных наблюдений опасных природных процессов. Выявлены энергетические источники пониженного давления в тропических циклонах.
