Abstract

В статье представлены данные клинического наблюдения пациента с постинсультной спастичностью нижней конечности. Дана оценка эффективности и безопасности применения ботулинического токсина типа А при данной патологии, а также представлены практические рекомендации по подходам к оценке пациента и ультразвуковому контролю инъекций ботулинического токсина, направленные на повышение эффективности терапии.

The article represents the clinical observation of the patient with post-stroke spasticity of the lower limb. The efficacy and safety of botulinum toxin treatment is evaluated, recommendations on examination of patients and ultrasound control of injections used to increase the efficacy of the therapy are presented.
