Abstract

В статье рассматривается внутрифирменное предпринимательство как инструмент, повышающий конкурентные преимущества предпринимательских структур, через призму управления добавленной стоимостью. В конкурентной борьбе деловые сети используют синергетический эффект, основанный на увеличении доли добавленной стоимости за счет специализации, связанной с повышением производительности. Современные технологии в управлении персоналом приводят к изменению парадигмы стратегического управления человеческими ресурсами и способствуют успешному взаимодействию кооперативных и конкурирующих элементов. Модель максимизации добавленной стоимости включает в себя такие элементы, как мотивация, экономические элементы затрат, норма рентабельности-прибыльность, контроль, которые способствуют улучшению инновационного климата в предпринимательских структурах, выдвигая внутрифирменное предпринимательство в приоритетное направление динамичного развития воспроизводственного процесса.

The article deals with intra-corporate entrepreneurship as a tool to increase the competitive advantages of enterprise structures, through the prism of value added management. In the competitive business networks use synergies, based on increasing the proportion of value added through specialization, coupled with improved productivity. Modern technology in human resource management lead to a paradigm shift in strategic human resource management and contribute to the success of cooperative interaction and competing elements. Added value maximization model includes elements such as motivation, economic cost elements, rate of return, profitability control, which contributes to improving climate for innovation in business structures, pushing intraentrepreneurship in priority dynamic development of the reproductive process.
