Социально-психологическая характеристика личности условно осужденных, совершивших повторное преступление

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются социально-психологические характеристики личности осужденных, совершивших преступление в течение испытательного срока, степень их общественной опасности. Показано, что повторные преступления в течение испытательного срока чаще всего совершают лица мужского пола в возрасте 18-35 лет (94,3% от общего числа осужденных за повторное преступление).The article deals with social psychological characteristics of convicts who have committed a crime being on probation and the degree of their social threat. It is shown that repeated crimes committed while on probation are mostly perpetrated by males of 18 to 35 years old (94,3% of the total number of those convicted for repeated crime).
