Роль системы высшего образования в повышении конкурентоспособности и развитии стержневых компетенций региона

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются такие понятия, как конкурентоспособность и стержневые компетенции региона, анализируется роль системы высшего профессионального образования в регионе в их развитии. Предложены схема взаимодействия региональной социально-экономической системы и системы ВПО, методика оценки вклада системы высшего образования в повышение конкурентоспособности региона.
