О проблемах ответственности за преступления террористической направленности

Abstract

In the article the problems of criminal responsibility for crimes of terrorist orientation are considered. Analyzes the characteristics of the crime and punishability of the offences, as well as issues of exemption from criminal liability and punishment. Examines the problems associated with the novels of criminal law concerning offences of a terrorist orientation with regard to judicial interpretation.

В статье рассматриваются проблемы уголовной ответственности за преступления террористической направленности. Анализируются признаки преступности и наказуемости данных преступлений, вопросы освобождения от уголовной ответственности и наказания. Исследуются проблемы, связанные с новеллами уголовного закона о преступлениях террористической направленности, с учетом судебного толкования.
